Hi, I am Tina M Reyero LPC
Tina M Reyero, MA², LPC is an emotions-focused, integrative, relational, and somatically-present counselor. As the founder of Aesthetics Counseling, she embraces appreciation, mindfulness, compassion and curiosity to guide the client along a self-care path of growth and awareness. She fundamentally practices with the core belief of YOU MATTER and deserve safe and comfort along with empowering support through Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), EMDR, and mindfulness to feel seen, heard and honored. Through relational, unconditional positive regard, compassion, and affirming validation, we work together for healing through dealing and feeling.
As a former Peace Corps volunteer and flight attendant, she has traveled extensively and loves to experience varying cultures! Tina also contributes to the community as an Expressive Arts facilitator with Military Artistic Healing at the Bemis School of Art, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College and previously served as a Board member for Finding Our Voices, Healing Art Activities for Survivors of Sexual Assault.
Tina believes in appreciating the beauty all around us. She is passionate about understanding the beauty in people, nature and objects in order to enhance our lives. In her personal life, this means practicing gratitude, kindness and love towards herself and others. Tina is adept at forming relationships with people of all backgrounds, a skill partly developed because of her passion to travel, explore and learn about other cultures and languages. It hits a personal level because she is proud of her own Hispanic and Latina heritage.
Tina’s counseling practice is in west Colorado Springs. She is honored and excited to be a part of a caring, open, affirming, client-centered, and humanistic practice. She looks forward to connecting!
